Gluten Free, Dairy Free Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

2016-09-05_09.51.07This French Toast tastes like the real deal! Possibly even better. I use Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread Mix. It is simple to make and makes some amazing French Toast. I usually¬†make the bread on Saturday and than make French Toast on Sunday morning. It’s simple and delicious. Enjoy!

  1. In a shallow dish, mix the egg, coconut creamer, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  2. In a medium frying pan melt half of your choice of oil in the pan on a medium heat
  3. Once the pan is heated, begin dipping your bread slices into the egg mixture on both side. Let the excess drip into the bowl. I recommend using your hands and not a fork because the bread is very delicate.
  4. Place the bread into the pan and cook on each side about 3-5 minutes per side, or until it is evenly browned. Add more butter/oil to the pan as needed, between batches.
  5. Enjoy immediately with your choice of topping.
