Yesterday morning, Ava and I woke up feeling like we were coming down with cold. Instead of gulping down a bunch of vitamin C like I used to do; these days, I try to get my vitamins from whole foods. So I whipped up my C-Boost Smoothie which is one of my go-to smoothie recipes, and we drank warm water with honey and lemon several times. As a result, I can say we are both feeling much better!
This smoothie is creamy and delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 Orange washed and peeled Try using a knife to cut-off the rind, its quick!
- 2 Carrots rinsed, peeled and chopped small enough to blend
- 1 cup Coconut Milk or your Choice of Milk
